|A Reading Bulletin Boards: This one is actually posted on a bulletin strip||!|
Curriculum Centered bulletin boards are boards which provide evidence of the specific types of study students are engaged in across the curriculum. Types of boards that fit into this category are: Science boards, Social Studies boards, Reading boards, Writing boards, Math boards, and so forth. Below I have included some examples of Curriculum Centered Boards. Check 'em out...
A Math Bulletin Board: Sometimes I display a sampling of work that show the various topics we are exploring.
A Science Bulletin Board: Different artifacts can be displayed together, if they are joined by a common theme.
Another Science Bulletin Board: Teaching tools can also be incorporated into bulletin boards as they serve as ongoing resources for students.
A Social Studies Bulletin Board: The is a good example of how to display group work that integrated transportation and community descriptors.
Always give your bulletin board a title or heading!
All classrooms should have evidence of some Curriculum boards.
Update Curriculum boards monthly or seasonally (at minimum).
